God is with us even when we feel we are drowning

God is with us even when we feel we are drowning. He is always with us, in good times and bad. He does not abandon us, through there are times when we turn away from Him because we do not recognize that His ways are not our ways. The trials and tribulations are designed to make us stronger believers. He is the ultimate big picture person. We tend to be micro thinkers only looking at the circumstance of the here and now. We look through our carnal eyes when we should be viewing through our spiritual eyes.

In times if doubt, remember,

“When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. Do not be afraid, for I am with you.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭43:2, 5‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Yesterday we focused on our suffering and the ultimate goal of experiencing God’s glory. Our life is a journey, conditions change. We learn from all of our experiences. Once we learn and believe that God is with us and leads us through the Holy Spirit who dwells in us, our travels will take on a new dimension. We may experience tough times, but we will not drown. We will not burn, remember Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego, the three men thrown in the blazing furnace who came out unscathed? This is God’s promise to you. As long as God is our Lord and Savior, we should not fear, but instead walk holding His hands through our travail seasons.
