We are a chosen people. We are God’s very own possession. We can show the goodness of God to others because he called us out of the darkness into his light.

God called us out of the darkness and Satan works to return us there. He challenges us daily, working to break us by subjecting us to double-mindedness, rejection, self-pity, self-delusion, self-deception, self-seduction, unteachableness, depression, despondency, disappear, discouragement, hopelessness, perfection, pride, vanity, ego, intolerance, frustration, impatience, timidity, selfishness, bitterness, possessiveness, hatred, resentment, unforgiveness, anger, distrust, fear, persecution, and confrontation.

Stand fast in the face of difficulties. Hold on to the Word, and settle into the light.

“Be on your guard; stand firm in the faith; be courageous; be strong.”
