The Goal and Purpose of Faith

The goal and purpose of faith is to be secure in our relationship with the Lord. This is a present gift, not a future reference. It pertains to the Salvation of our souls in the here-and-now, which carries through into eternity.

Knowing our souls are saved for eternity gives us peace, joy, and security now and forever.

I thank God daily and try to live in this knowledge which feeds my impetus to mature in the Word and live accordingly. What about you?
